These Terms of Service govern your use of illumios.com and any services provided by illumios. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
illumios provides AI education, strategy consultation, and done-for-you implementation services for small business owners. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements provided prior to engagement.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services.
Payment terms and amounts are specified in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to provide accurate information, respond to communications in a timely manner, grant necessary access to platforms required for your project, and review deliverables within agreed timeframes.
Upon receipt of full payment, custom deliverables created specifically for you become your property. illumios retains ownership of all methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary processes used in delivering services.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
illumios does not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our services may involve third-party software and AI tools. We are not responsible for the terms, performance, or pricing changes of any third-party service.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 14 days written notice. You are responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Burlington County, New Jersey.
